A dynamic and hands-on Team Lead to support and guide their telecommunications operations team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating daily technical activities, ensuring service excellence, and driving team performance in alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily field technician schedules and task execution
- Serve as the first point of escalation for service issues, delays, or technical challenges
- Oversee timely resolution of service tickets in line with SLA expectations
- Communicate regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with logistics for inventory and equipment dispatch
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations across all active sites
- Generate reports on team performance, KPIs, and project status for senior management
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Knowledge
National Diploma in Telecommunications, IT, or Electrical EngineeringProject coordination or supervisory training (advantageous)Valid driver’s license (required for field-based work)Foundational understanding of Fibre, Wireless, and / or VoIP networksHealth & Safety certification is a strong advantageExperience
1–3 years’ experience in telecommunications or technical supportExposure to service delivery, fault logging, and SLA complianceUnderstanding of telecom infrastructure (fibre optics, RF, routers, etc.)Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRMs, or customer portalsBasic leadership or mentoring experience will be beneficialAttributes
