The Role : Sales Team Lead
The Sales Team Lead will manage and grow a high-volume, office-based B2C sales team. The role involves driving sales performance, coaching team members, overseeing CRM usage, and collaborating with technology and marketing teams to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily sales team operations, resolve escalations, and remove obstacles
Drive sales cadence and performance through effective leadership
Coach, train, and develop sales staff to reach targets
Define and manage performance metrics to monitor success
Oversee CRM management, reporting, and optimisation (Zoho preferred)
Work with the technology team to enhance sales processes
Achieve agreed annual sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns and promotions
Foster strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
About You
Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales management within a B2C environment
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in high-volume settings
Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Google Workspace
Strong negotiation, closing, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Confident, professional, and skilled in people management
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work across divisions
Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability
