Lead, coach, and drive performance across the Sales and Account Management team to support business development, growth, and customer retention.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications :
- Matric (post-matric qualification in sales or management advantageous)
- 5 years+ of proven experience in sales / account management within commercial cleaning / hygiene solutions, preferably within hospitality
- Previous experience in sales management / managing a team
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport

Lead and manage a team of Account ManagersDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and individual targetsMonitor, track, and analyse sales performanceConduct regular joint field visits to support team members in client meetings and ensure service standards are upheldResolve escalated client issues and maintain strong customer relationshipsCompile and present sales performance reports to senior managementAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team membersIdentify new market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within existing accounts
