Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for PCs and peripherals.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and other Microsoft products.
- Maintain and troubleshoot local and wide area networks (LAN / WAN).
- Assist users with technical queries, ensuring clear communication and timely resolutions.
- Perform system upgrades, installations, and maintenance to optimize performance.
- Document support activities and contribute to IT knowledge base.
