Job descriptionMinimum 5 years’ ICT managerial experience. Matric with ICT technical certifications and a relevant Diploma / Degree. Strong problem-solving and innovation skills with the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions. Technical expertise in ITIL, Microsoft Dynamics AX / 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 CRM, Google Workspace / Cloud, SQL Server Administration, VMware, SAN, Veeam, and network infrastructure. Familiarity with BI tools (Google Looker Studio / Tableau) and CCTV administration. Oversee ICT operations, including networking, hardware, software, and administration. Ensure business continuity through effective back-up, recovery, contingency, and capacity planning. Manage IT budgets (CAPEX and OPEX), suppliers, vendors, and contracts. Enforce IT policies, governance, risk, and compliance standards. Act as the local liaison for the EMEA IT team and cascade strategic objectives into operational plans. Lead IT projects, change management, and service delivery to ensure optimal performance. Support end-users, enforce security, and maintain infrastructure, including servers, storage, cloud, ERP, CRM, BI, and VOIP systems. ICT jobs
