Position Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our logistics operations including scheduling shipments tracking deliveries and managing inventory. Key Responsibilities : - Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and suppliers - Track and monitor delivery progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery - Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy - Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise - Process and maintain all necessary shipping and receiving documentation - Prepare and analyze reports on logistics activities and performance - Assist with the development and implementation of logistics strategies and procedures - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies - Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency and cost savings Qualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role - Strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures - Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations is a plus Benefits : - Competitive salary - Medical dental and vision insurance - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development opportunities - Friendly and collaborative work environment If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for logistics we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
