Introduction
Ensure quality IT product delivery to end users by providing a consistent framework for defining and creating new services. Monitor and track implementation of planned IT Service changes for effective control and risk treatment while maintaining availability, performance, security and compliance of business services.
Release Management
- Plan 12-month Events Calendar and monthly Releases
- Consult with IT, business and vendor stakeholders
- Deliver changes with minimal disruption and incidents
- Review documents and progress reports for releases
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues with Release team
- Ensure quality and sustainability of production systems
- Provide specialist input on Release Management processes
Change Management
Apply cost-effective principles for departmental targetsEnsure continual improvement of IT Change Management TeamAnalyze trends to identify weaknesses and develop solutionsDeliver daily, weekly, and monthly stakeholder reportsTrack progress of every initiated IT ChangeReview quality of each IT Change loggedMake decisions on implementation approval and prioritiesFacilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetingsProvide IT Change process trainingAdditional Duties

Experience :
5-10 years in Release Management and IT Change Management rolesKey Skills :
