Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound / outbound calls related to sales documentation.
Support branches with quote requests, order follow-ups, and sales record maintenance.
Data capturing and ensuring accuracy in sales reporting tools.
Escalate complex issues to the Manager.

Profile :

1–2 years customer service / sales support experience (call centre background preferred).

Strong communication and admin skills.

Comfortable using CRM and internal sales tools.

Willing to work flexibly and grow into more senior roles.
