Requirements

• HR qualification / certification.
• ERS / BioS payroll systems experience
• Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act
• South African labour laws and regulations
• Conducting disciplinary hearings and CCMA
• Working with union representatives
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Willing to travel within South Africa and Eswatini
• Valid driver’s licence
• Valid passport
