Job descriptionMatric (or equivalent qualification) Minimum 3 years Call Centre experience. Call Centre experience (Outbound would be an advantage) Previous financial services experience will be advantageous. MS : Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook) Knowledge of Sentrix. Up to R13 000 per month plus commission.
Overview
Our client in the Financial Services industry is currently looking for a Leads Insurance Consultant , in Bellville, Cape Town.
Responsibilities
- Generating quality sales opportunities for the Distribution channels.
- Achieve the minimum production norms & targets set.
- Quality outbound calls to clients to create quality sales opportunities.
- Adhere to the quality standards of the Sanlam Direct CCC.
- Record client information and requests on the Sentrix system.
- Handle and appropriately refer customer complaints and objections.
