About the Role

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, Asset Manager, and General Manager, the Mall Marketing Manager will :

• Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and budgets.
• Manage brand positioning, advertising, PR, and communications.
• Lead and supervise on-site marketing and information staff.
• Plan, execute, and oversee events, promotions, and sponsorship programs.
• Drive social media engagement and digital strategies.
• Build strong tenant and community relations.
• Ensure CSI initiatives are aligned with company strategy.
• Provide detailed monthly reports and performance feedback to management.
