Job Specification Criteria
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Postgraduate qualification advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
- Strong financial reporting and compliance knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills; experience on Sage One preferred
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle essential
- Confident leader with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in managing project-based finances will be advantageous
Job Requirements
Oversee the full finance function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliationsLead the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports for the executive team and BoardDevelop, monitor, and report on budgets and forecastsManage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as requiredEnsure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standardsOversee and review annual financial statements, trial balances, and auditsImplement and maintain internal financial controls and policiesManage and mentor the finance team, ensuring skills development and effective performanceOversee asset register management, depreciation, and company consumablesProvide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisionsApplication Process
