Job descriptionAccurately capture production data. Track and report on delays, changes, or cost shifts. Handle various administrative duties as needed. Minimum 2 years in a production planning role. Solid grasp of production workflows and quality principles. Proven experience using JDE (scheduler, work order reconciliation, MRP I & II). Sharp attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication verbal and written. Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure. Service-oriented with a can-do attitude.

What Youll Be Responsible For
Planning & Coordination
- Ensure materials are ready to meet production needs.
- Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to review requirements.
- Generate and distribute work orders and production schedules.
- Adjust schedules proactively based on operational changes.
- Align production timelines with forecasts and strategic goals.

Education
Degree or Diploma in relevant field
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
