Transport Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our employee transportation services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance while delivering a seamless commuting experience for employees. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain a reliable and cost-effective transportation system.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Proven experience in transportation or logistics management , preferably in employee transport or shuttle services.
• Strong understanding of fleet management, route planning, and safety regulations .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in transportation management software and tracking tools .
