What you’ll be doing :

Partner Acquisition & Pipeline :  Build acquisition strategies, grow the pipeline, track metrics, and make sure our partners actually get onboarded

Onboarding and Enablement :  Own the partner journey from attraction and sign up to first job, equip teams with the right tools, and ensure partners engage and hit the ground running

Cross-Functional Leadership :  Collaborate with ops, product, and commercial teams; share best practices; unblock issues; and keep everyone aligned

Process Ownership :  Analyse funnels, measure results, adapt based on data, and implement scalable improvements

Reporting & Metrics :   Be the go-to person for acquisition metrics, dashboards, and insights that actually drive action
