Junior Leasing Manager

Our client based in Woodstock Cape Town is looking for a Junior Leasing Manager to join their team.

Negotiations of lease renewals

Liaise with various Landlords and Portfolio Managers

Check status quo and unique requirements / clauses of lease agreements

Peruse and prepare offers and lease agreements for signature

Implement systems and control measures

Responsible for maintaining and improve Tenant / Landlord relations

Property Administration.

Professional support services to the team

Maintain efficient filing system for leases and written correspondence

Requirements

Requirements :

National Senior Certificate (or equivalent)

Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage

Experience :

3 years experience in the commercial property leasing environment

Competencies :

Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills are essential

Strong administrative skills in a commercial property environment

Proficient in both English and Afrikaans

Computer literate in MS Office

Efficient and detail-oriented who can work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.

Grade 12 (Essential) Property management certificate / diploma (advantageous) Minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience in the property industry Good understanding of property administration and leasing Knowledge of property management systems Basic financial acumen Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Strong time-management and organizational skills Methodical and detail orientated Ability to take initiative and work unsupervised Deadline driven and ability to work under pressure Drivers license (advantageous)
