SG Studio a well-established architectural firm based in Pretoria is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team. The role combines administrative duties financial administration and personal assistant responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and internal efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- General administrative tasks.
- Client liaison / Communication : Answer calls emails and handle general inquiries.
- Record Keeping : Manage document formatting filing scanning and archiving.
- Scheduling : Coordinate appointments meetings take minutes and manage logistics.
- Office Management : Ordering office supplies managing office equipment and ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
- Maintain digital and physical records.
- Assist with HR administration (leave records employee files).
Bookkeeping Duties
Capture financial transactions in Xero.Reconcile bank statements and maintain cashbooks.Process invoices receipts and payments.Prepare VAT submissions and other tax-related documents (in liaison with accountant).Track debtors and follow up on outstanding payments.Personal Assistant Duties
Manage the Directors calendar and schedule appointments.Screen and prioritise communication and requests.Arrange travel accommodation and event bookings.Assist with personal errands and tasks when required.Desired Skills Experience & Qualification
Skills
Organised and detail-oriented.Strong communication and time management skills.Be able to work on various tasks simultaneously and deadline-orientated.Professional courteous and service-driven.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel Outlook and Teams).Experience with accounting software (especially Xero).Fully bilingual.Qualifications
Matric.Tertiary qualification in Accounting Business Admin or related field preferred.Minimum 23 years in a similar administrative or bookkeeping role.Have a valid driving license and own transport.Package Remuneration & Working Conditions
Salary : Market related and will be discussed in the interview.
The position is office based.Office hours : 07 : 00 to 16 : 00 (Mondays to Fridays).Occasional overtime or weekend availability may be required.Interested
