Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive candidate profiles and maintain accurate records in our database
- Support outreach initiatives to engage potential candidates through various channels
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure consistent branding
- Qualify candidates based on predetermined criteria and client specifications
- Provide administrative support to recruiters throughout the search process
- Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and correspondence with candidates and clients
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy across all platforms
- Support recruiters with their daily tasks and any other ad‑hoc duties
- Interpret and compile reports on assessment results
Requirements
Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionAgency or executive search experience strongly preferredExceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityProficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office SuiteSelf‑motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environmentQuiet, private workspace at home with reliable internet connectionBenefits
