Responsibilities
- Growing existing business in allocated territories while identifying new growth opportunities
- Driving new business acquisition and developing long-term customer relationships
- Managing and developing a team of up to 12 sales representatives
- Preparing and presenting accurate sales reports
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, ethical selling, and professionalism at all times
- Assisting in setting and tracking sales targets aligned with company goals
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of a Matric qualificationMust have proven experience in business development and sales managementMust have a valid driver’s license and willing to travel as neededSufficient candidates will be contacted.
