Retail Site Manager

Job descriptionWe are currently seeking a Retail Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a PSIRA registered grade A certification, experience in managing a team, and a background in retail operations. The Retail Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security and operations at our retail site. Oversee all security operations at the retail site, including monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring adherence to security protocols. Manage a team of security guards, including conducting regular performance reviews, providing training and support, and resolving any issues that may arise. Liaise with senior management to report on site performance, security incidents, and any operational concerns. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Implement and maintain effective security measures to protect the retail site, staff, and customers. PSIRA registered grade A certification is essential. Proven experience in managing a team, preferably in a retail environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to security and operational issues. Good knowledge of security procedures and protocols, as well as relevant legislation. Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and evenings as required Real Estate jobs
