Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office facilities and critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, IT, safety).
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
- Manage outsourced warehouses and ensure accurate inventory, stock planning, and timely ordering.
- Oversee company fleet administration, including maintenance and insurance coordination.
- Lead and support the Customer Service team, including training and performance management.
- Act as Health & Safety representative, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Support operational processes to meet quality standards and assist in broader operational planning.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum 5 years experience in operations / facilities / logistics in the medical device industry (renal care experience preferred).Experience with import / export procedures in South Africa.Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of health & safety regulations.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic multinational medical device organisation while developing your career in operations and logistics.
