Marketing & Community Manager

We're searching for a digitally savvy Marketing and Community Manager to work directly with two leading UK Recruitment Brands.
One brand specialises in recruitment for the physical product design and engineering space, working with leading start-ups, scale-ups, and brands across the UK, Europe, and the US.
The other is one of the UK's leading experts in Microsoft Cloud, Security and AI recruitment, deeply embedded with the Microsoft Partner ecosystems and helping organisations to scale their Microsoft Technology teams.
Both brands are building a thriving community for industry leaders through curated events, podcasts, engaging LinkedIn content, monthly online roundtables (Webinars / Huddles) and regular newsletters.
This is a remote-first role covering marketing, community building, and operational execution.
You will manage the digital communities, create and distribute content, engage with senior leaders in the sector specific industries and help position both brands as trusted authorities in their market segments.
You’ll work closely with the founders and have the autonomy to shape how to grow the community and brand.
Responsibilities
Social media management
- Manage our social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn), engage with the community, respond to comments, and build strong relationships with our audience.
- Keep the conversation flowing across the network, create excitement, and maintain a positive community culture.
- Flag any potential issues early to the team.
- Organise and manage monthly online Huddles (roundtables), as well as podcast related activities and in-person meetups when required (note : travel is not mandatory).
- Ensure events are well-executed and community-driven.
Content creation
Edit podcast videos and other video content for community engagement and lead generation.Write compelling DM nudges, emails, and other touchpoints to attract and nurture relationships with new prospects.Repurpose Webinar / Huddle transcripts and podcast content into lead magnets and engaging assets for LinkedIn and our wider community.Newsletter management
Own the production and distribution of the brand newsletters.Analytics & Reporting
Measure community engagement, content performance, and event success. Track metrics and make recommendations to optimise future campaigns.Skills & Attributes
Experience in community management, content creation, and / or event coordination.Skills in design and video editing (Canva, podcast or video editing tools).AI Literate - comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Perepexity AI to curate content and deliver insights through deep research.Strong copywriting skills with a clear, authentic tone suited for LinkedIn and email marketing.Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.A proactive self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and independently.Comfortable using or learning platforms like Slack, Circle, and CRM / email marketing tools.Experience working for niche UK / International recruitment businesses would be a massive advantage.Desirable (but not essential)
Experience managing newsletters and content for founder-led businesses.Familiarity with podcast production workflows and creating content from events or transcripts.Why you’ll want in :
