Overview

Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency dedicated to helping painting business owners increase sales, improve customer retention, and boost profitability through comprehensive online marketing solutions. Services include SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Local Service (LSA) Ads, Social Media Marketing, and more. The role is for a Marketing Recruiter with at least three years of recruiting experience—preferably within a digital marketing setting.

What you’ll be doing

Your time will be allocated as follows :

• Full-Cycle Recruitment (80%) : Develop and execute effective global sourcing strategies, manage job postings on LinkedIn, OnlineJobsPH, and other boards, utilize assessments (e.g., TestGorilla), screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate subsequent interviews, build a robust talent pipeline, collaborate with department heads on job descriptions and hiring timelines, and continually improve hiring processes.
• HR Responsibilities (20%) : Oversee attendance and hour tracking with tools like Time Doctor, monitor team schedules, support onboarding and basic HR tasks, assist with performance management processes, and provide recommendations for improving retention and engagement.
