This role is a full-time, remote position open to global candidates. The salary range is USD 1,800 to USD 2,500 per month, with working hours 9 am to 6 pm EST and US federal holidays. Internal Job ID : 0786.

What you’ll be doing

• Full-Cycle Recruitment (80%) : Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates across agency functions. Manage job postings on LinkedIn, OnlineJobsPH, and other relevant boards. Utilize assessment tools such as TestGorilla for skills evaluations. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline. Collaborate with department heads to create accurate job descriptions and align on hiring timelines and requirements. Bring fresh insights and best practices to improve hiring processes.
• HR Responsibilities (20%) : Oversee attendance and hour tracking using Time Doctor or similar tools to ensure accuracy and policy compliance. Monitor team schedules, address attendance-related issues, and assist with onboarding, updating employee records, and performance management processes. Provide recommendations to improve employee retention and engagement.
