Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a proactive and relationship-driven Sales Executive to help us recruit and manage world-class buyers (Travel Agents / Travel Designers) for our events. This role is central to building strong connections with senior travel professionals, ensuring they have a seamless, inspiring experience from invitation to on-site delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and manage top buyers for We Are Africa and Do Not Disturb events.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior travel professionals.
• Generate new leads and process applications to maintain a high-calibre community.
• Support buyer logistics, including registration, travel, and appointment scheduling.
• Provide clear reporting on recruitment progress and pipeline health.
• Contribute on-site at our live events, ensuring smooth buyer delivery and follow-up.
• Research emerging markets and competitor events to inform recruitment strategy.
• Stay up to date with travel industry trends to shape future buyer programmes.

Position Type

Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Cape Town), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
