Description

Summarized Accountability : The Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible for training, guiding, and providing customers with SYSPRO products and product-related support, and ensuring the resolution of all issues as required. The Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible to identify and resolve issues while maintaining SYSPRO standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• The Solution Consultant assists the customer in ensuring business-relevant solutions are implemented and maintained and assists SYSPRO in achieving ALF retention and growth.
• Ensure event tracking system procedures are followed when logging errors / queries.
• Complete assigned work according to given schedule.
• Provide maintenance support.
• Analyze and recommend improvements on products, and procedures to improve customer usage of SYSPRO Software.
• Prepare documentation for enhancements and log in the appropriate software.
• Complete job sheets for all customers with pre-paid hours purchased and / or for all non-chargeable support and get customer to sign-off.
