Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Manager : Client Care Operations based in Cape Town. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing client care functions to ensure exceptional customer service. This includes supervising and training client care teams, developing and implementing client service strategies, resolving escalated customer issues, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction among clients. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
