Overview :
A luxury game lodge is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lodge Manager to oversee all aspects of lodge operations. This role requires a strong leader with a background in both five-star lodges and five-star hotels, bringing together exceptional hospitality standards, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the lodge, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments.
- Lead and inspire staff, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Maintain the highest standards of guest service, ensuring personalized, five-star experiences.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures effectively.
- Oversee food & beverage service, housekeeping, front-of-house, and guest relations.
- Drive staff training, development, and performance management.
- Implement and uphold health, safety, and compliance standards across the lodge.
- Work closely with ownership and senior management to achieve long-term strategic goals.

Minimum of 5–7 years’ senior management experience within luxury hospitality.Proven track record in both five-star lodges and five-star hotels.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and cost control.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.Exceptional guest service orientation with a strong eye for detail.Well-versed in luxury hospitality trends, standards, and best practices.Ability to thrive in a remote environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.Requirements
