Work Type : Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

New work in at one of South Africas largest independent broadband hubs; the current need is for Technical Network Engineerwith a strong focus on DevOps. By nature we are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of network architecture system automation and full-stack development. Youll be at the forefront ofbuilding scalable systems streamlining processes and integrating tools that support core infrastructure.

This is what you need to land the job :

3 years in developing deploying and managing network management systems

Advanced experience with Linux-based servers and networking fundamentals

Proficient in Python scripting API integration (RESTful & XML-RPC) and automation tools

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL MSSQL MariaDB

Working knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery XML

Exposure to frameworks like Odoo and tools such as Zabbix Grafana Ansible AWS and Splunk

Ability to simplify complex systems and work both independently and collaboratively

Education & Certifications

Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Certifications like CCNA CCNP MCSE or RHCE will earn you points
