Overview
To provide administrative support to the Group Company Secretary.
Qualification : Grade 12. National Diploma in Administration Law or a related field / a Three-year Bachelors degree. CGISA / LLB qualification or working towards such is advantageous.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative environment with a focus on governance or legal support.
- Experience in a legal administrative environment is preferred.
- Experience must include administrative support to Board or technical committees meeting administration and drafting.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks (e.g. King IV) relevant legislation (e.g. Companies Act) and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act).
- Knowledge of listing rules (LSE : AIM) advantageous.
