Job Summary
As our ideal candidate, you'll assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and contributing to menu development.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and plating
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure high standards and efficiency
- Contribute to menu planning, development, and implementation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior chef role - must have 6+ years hospitality chefing experience.Culinary degree or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitationExcellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situationsCreativity, passion, and commitment to delivering exceptional cuisineIf you're a motivated and talented Sous Chef looking for a new challenge, please submit your resume and a portfolio of your work.
