Overview
Our client is looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations at a leading restaurant group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent technical skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen management and team supervision.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
- Assist in menu planning, stock control, and ordering.
- Lead kitchen operations during the Head Chef’s absence.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards according to industry regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of two years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality setting.Strong culinary and leadership skills.Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment.Excellent attention to detail and time management.Own transport essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
