Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Strategy Implementation : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and uncovering new opportunities.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Business Unit Managers to ensure that proposals and solutions align with client needs and capabilities.
• Sales Cycle Management : Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including contract and pricing negotiations.
• Sales Collateral Development : Partner with marketing to create compelling sales collateral, case studies, and presentations.
• Market Insight : Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the management team.
• Solution Expertise : Experience selling software, data solutions, or similar offerings; strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions is preferred.
