Contracts Manager / Tender Specialist (Contract) Midrand

Role Summary :

This role is based on a 3-year contract. Negotiate and manage group purchasing contracts in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop procurement strategies. Manage the tender and contract award process for new contracts and contract renewals.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of experience in a corporate procurement environment managing tender process.
• Structuring of business transactions and advertising on the procurement strategy.
• Solid practical experience managing tenders / RFQ etc both incoming and outgoing tenders
• Business processes experience.
• Preferential Procurement Policy Framework experience
• Negotiation skills.
• Supplier evaluation experience.
• Deadline driven.
• E-procurement experience.
• Advanced level of Office 365.
• Own reliable transport to commute to work
