Procurement Administrator

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Material Planning & Procurement : Determine material demand based on production plans and stock levels, issue monthly requirements, and place purchase orders with suppliers.
• Supplier & Purchasing Management : Maintain relationships with existing suppliers, evaluate new sources, and coordinate with Corporate Purchasing on vendor data, pricing, approvals, and performance tracking (e.g., supplier scorecards, BEE compliance).
• Inbound & Administrative Support : Manage inbound deliveries, resolve discrepancies in delivery, purchase orders, and invoicing, and administer master data for suppliers and materials (raw materials, colors, additives).
• Forecasting & Reporting : Prepare monthly material demand forecasts and compile corporate resin data updates.
• Continuous Improvement : Analyze data and processes to support cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all materials, packaging, and services meet occupational health, safety, environmental, and food safety standards.
• Other Duties : Handle indirect procurement when required and carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Procurement.
