Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Liaison with Group Financial Director
- Prepare monthly management accounts and analyse budget variances
- Manage Cash Flow & perform cash flow forecasting
- Manage Debtors / Creditors Clerk
- Stock management & analysis
- Produce annual budget
- Monitor and manage GP
- Responsible for annual audit process
- Systems improvements & enhancements
- Take accounts for income statement
- Supply chain negotiations / Supply chain management
- Other Adhoc duties
Qualifications & Experience :
BCom degree with completed articlesMinimum of 5 years of commercial experienceProficiency in Sage is an advantageFamiliarity with automated stock management systemsBe proactive and have a positive outlook on lifeAmbitiousWilling to go the extra mileBe service orientedExcellent telephonic, written and communication skillsGood organizational skills (Time management etc.)A can do attitudeWillingness to learnOutgoing and confidentFully computer literateHighly numerate
