ð Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Reporting : Develop accurate, compliant financial reports aligned to business goals.
- Financial Leadership : Oversee finance operations, manage working capital, and ensure sound governance and audit readiness.
- Payroll Oversight : Manage payroll processing, reconciliations, tax submissions, and third-party payroll relationships.
- Forecasting & Budgeting : Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives.
- Board Support : Prepare reports and packs for board, audit, risk, and investment committee meetings.
ð Qualifications & Experience
CA(SA) with 7+ years in a senior financial management role.Proven expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management.Solid experience in managing cash flow, working capital, and performance improvement.Strong knowledge of tax, compliance, and governance.Systems exposure : SAP , Microsoft Office Suite , and preferably Finnivo .ð What Youll Bring
