We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to oversee multiple financial departments, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Credit Granting Risk Department
• Oversee Transaction Auditing Department
• Oversee Payment Disbursement Department
• Ensure strict adherence to policies and protocols
• Monitor departmental deadlines and targets
• Allocate files equally and fairly
• Take disciplinary action when required
• Manage and book overtime when necessary
• Investigate and approve refunds
• Authorize payments and purchases with CFO approval
• Supervise and support team members
• Assess and calculate financial risks associated with company activities
• Manage petrol loans for debt collection drivers
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Finance Manager will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
