Mama HQ is in beautiful Cape Town South Africa. We are 131 people strong (and counting) from 19 countries across Africa Asia the UK and Europe. As a Digital Graphic Designer at Mama Money youll support the visual storytelling of our brand across multiple platforms. Youll design engaging digital assets for social media web email and in-app campaigns. Working closely with marketing and product teams youll use Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects) and Braze to bring campaigns to life and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.

As our Digital Graphic Designer you will :

• Create high-impact static and motion assets for digital advertising campaigns across social media online & digital advertising media platforms.
• Develop engaging visuals for customer engagement acquisition & retention ad placements optimised for performance.
• Edit and produce short-form videos and animations for paid platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital outputs.
• Adapt and refine designs based on A / B testing and campaign performance insights.
• Maintain an organised library of creative assets for re-use and localisation.
