Remote Sales Operations Manager (Salesforce Superuser)
We are a rapidly growing online schooling business, reinventing education through personalised, tech‑enabled learning. As we scale globally—both online and through physical hybrid centres—we’re building a high‑performance commercial team to drive acquisition and retention of students across multiple markets.
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will be the engine behind this growth : a systems thinker who thrives in fast‑paced environments, uses data to drive performance, and brings the kind of rigor that transforms good sales teams into great ones.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & Tech Stack Management
- Full access to Salesforce administrative capabilities to configure, customise, and manage all aspects of the platform.
- Own the configuration, optimisation, and daily management of Salesforce as the central sales platform.
- Ensure CRM data integrity, implement automation workflows, and support system integrations with marketing and customer success tools.
- Champion user adoption across the sales team and conduct regular training and support.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes for both new enrollments and student retention, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with leadership to refine go‑to‑market strategies and support rollouts in new territories.Identify pipeline gaps, forecast risks, and present actionable insights to sales and leadership teams.Data, Reporting & Forecasting
Build and maintain real‑time dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs across new sales and retention funnels.Analyse trends in lead conversion, sales‑rep performance, churn risk, and customer behaviour to drive proactive decision‑making.Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to management with strategic recommendations.Process Compliance & Quality Assurance
Monitor sales reps’ adherence to defined sales processes and communication protocols.Implement quality assurance checks to ensure communication with prospective and current students reflects our brand values and tone.Support the CEO in identifying performance issues and coaching opportunities.Introduce and embed best‑of‑breed tools, methodologies, and practices into the sales operation.Research and recommend improvements in sales workflows, lead management, and customer journeys.Stay informed on industry trends, especially in EdTech and hybrid / online education models, to maintain our competitive edge.About You
Must‑Have Skills & Experience
5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role in a scale‑up or fast‑growth environment.Proven experience in managing both acquisition and retention sales processes.Advanced proficiency with Salesforce—including reporting, dashboards, automation, and integrations.Highly analytical with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience in CRM and sales analytics.Strong communicator with an eye for tone and quality in customer‑facing communication.Process‑oriented mindset with attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.Able to assess and optimise ROI of sales campaigns and retention initiatives.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, Analytics, or similar.Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator preferred.Experience in online education, EdTech, or subscription‑based services.Familiarity with additional tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Aircall, or Looker / Tableau.What You’ll Get
