Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Site Manager located in Gauteng or Cape Town.

The Junior Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and managing project timelines.

Additional responsibilities include site inspections, reporting to senior managers, and maintaining quality control standards on HVAC installation projects.

Qualifications

Project management, Coordination, and Time management skillsKnowledge of HVAC systems, Technical proficiency, and Understanding of safety regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to liaise with contractors and suppliersAttention to detail and Quality control skillsProblem-solving skills and Ability to work under pressureRelevant work experience in a similar role is beneficialDegree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
