Site Manager

The above position is vacant at Southern Sun. The main purpose of the position is to ensure the posting of Security officers, that all site‑specific security requirements are adhered to and that the client’s needs are always efficiently and professionally met.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry / 2-3 years’ experience as a supervisor.
• People management experience.
• Administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills are required.
• Strong planning, leadership, organizational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license Code 8 and valid PDP.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English and able to write.
• Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.
• Must be discipled and able to enforce discipline.
