We are looking for a career-orientated, delivery-obsessed Site Agent someone who knows how to run a site like a business, manage people and resources, and take full command of every aspect of project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Delivery & Site Management

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of building and / or civil engineering construction sites
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Drive progress, control quality, and ensure that all site activities meet contractual and technical requirements
• Lead daily site briefings and ensure all teams understand priorities and deliverables

Team & Subcontractor Coordination

Programme & Progress Tracking

Health, Safety & Compliance

Cost, Quality & Productivity Control

Stakeholder Engagement
