Senior Site Agent

Are you a seasoned, no-excuses Site Agent with the drive to deliver complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard?

We are looking for a career-orientated, delivery-obsessed Site Agent someone who knows how to run a site like a business, manage people and resources, and take full command of every aspect of project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Delivery & Site Management :

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of building and / or civil engineering construction sites

Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors, Foremen, and suppliers

Monitor construction progress against project milestones

Enforce compliance with OHS regulations, environmental requirements, and internal safety protocols

Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to manage site budgets, measure works, and track variations

Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, municipal authorities, and internal teams
