Duties :

Site Responsibilities :
Observe specific contract conditionsProvide updates to Contract Manager regarding allowances on siteManage site, crew, time, resources, and materials within defined parametersRecord additional work required by the clientLiaise and maintain client relationshipsReport weekly on progress and costsAttend site meetingsHealth and Safety : ensure all contractual medicals are completed before project commencement and that induction has been completed where relevantPromote health and safety and ensure compliance with OHSA ActProvide feedback on weekly costsProvide measurements and costing details to the Contract ManagerEnsure all non-budgeted costs are properly identified, classified, well documented, and variations are recordedPolicies and Procedures :
Ensure crew adherence to all internal and external policies and proceduresQA / QC :
Ensure adherence to Quality PlanMaintain quality documentationMeet company standard requirementsMeet contract-specific requirementsEducation and Training Requirements :
Grade 12A minimum of BTech (Civil Engineering) or similar qualificationFully proficient in MS OfficeExperience Requirements :
