Minimum requirements :
To provide administrative and coordination support to the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) team. This role ensures smooth operation of SHE compliance processes and helps maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- SAMTRAC certification or a Diploma in Safety Management (or equivalent).
- Valid drivers licence.
- Minimum 5 7 years experience in a SHEQ administrative role within mining, construction, or similar high-risk industry.
- Proven Knowledge of SHEQ legislation (OHS Act, Environmental Regulations, Construction Regulations).
- Strong report writing and documentation capabilities.
- Experience with Passport 360 System (advantageous).
- Knowledge of Safety File Compilation, Approval with Clients and Maintenance.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Highly detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
- Strong time-management and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team.
- Strong administration skills.
- Passport 360(PP360) experience required
- Medically fit for site requirements.
