Job description
Minimum Requirements
- BCom degree or equivalent
- Completed SAICA Articles
- 3+ years post-articles experience
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
- Strong commercial and operational understanding
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full finance function
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes
- Manage financial reporting and statutory requirements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management
- Monitor financial controls and improve internal processes
- Analyse financial performance and provide commercial insights
- Manage reconciliations, general ledger, journals and balance sheet reviews
- Partner with operational and senior management teams
- Ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial information
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and profitability
