About the Role
We are looking for a Community Growth Lead to build and manage a new in-house team focused on driving daily visibility for our various brands on Reddit, Quora, niche forums, Facebook groups, X, and other community-driven platforms. This role is at the intersection of SEO, brand growth, and community marketing, designed to position our brands inside the conversations that shape both parent / student decision-making and AI-generated answers (LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
Responsibilities
- Own the community visibility strategy across multiple brands.
- Manage and mentor a team of Community Growth Hackers.
- Develop brand-specific answer banks (data, case studies, differentiators).
- Oversee daily posting consistency across Reddit, Quora, FB groups, X, and niche forums.
- Collaborate with SEO and Marketing teams to align posts with keyword gaps and campaigns.
- Review and approve content samples for tone, accuracy, and compliance .
- Report results weekly / monthly to the Head of Marketing.
Skills & Experience
4–6 years in SEO, content marketing, or community growth .Proven experience growing visibility on platforms like Reddit, Quora, FB groups.Strong writing and editing skills in English.Experience managing offshore teams.Knowledge of SEO / LLM trends and community-driven growth strategies.Organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple brands at once.KPIs
Weekly post / reply volume across all brands.Quality / tone compliance score from QA checks.Monthly growth in backlinks, brand mentions, and referral traffic.Increase in LLM mentions / AI search visibility.Seniority level
