As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will dive into the cybersecurity sales world, using AI-powered tools and creative strategies to engage IT leaders, business owners, and decision-makers. You’ll prospect, qualify, and build meaningful relationships with potential clients while learning the ins and outs of cybersecurity and sales development. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Connect : Use AI-powered tools and automation to identify and engage IT leaders, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Innovate Daily : Help reinvent outreach strategies with creative, technology-driven approaches.
- Build Relationships : Foster meaningful connections with prospects through personalized, value-driven conversations.
- Qualify Opportunities : Identify high-potential leads and hand them off seamlessly to the closing team.

Qualifications
Previous sales experience in Cybersecurity / SaaS / IT.Hands-on technology background or strong technical aptitude.Proven ability to work independently as a contractor. Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.Availability to work during US business hours (flexible scheduling).Strong ambition and hunger to grow into a cybersecurity sales expert. Ambitious, motivated, and willing to outwork peers.Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in cybersecurity.Agile and adaptable, comfortable pivoting strategies in fast-changing environments. Growth-minded with a willingness to learn, fail fast, and iterate.Resourceful problem-solver focused on solutions. Excellent communicator, able to connect authentically in English.What Success Looks Like
Consistently meeting outbound activity goals using AI-powered tools.Understanding outbound performance metrics (e.g., 3–10% reply rates depending on industry / offer) and maintaining a healthy pipeline.High-quality leads qualified and handed off to closers with strong conversion potential.Positive feedback from the sales team on outreach quality and pipeline health.Rapid growth in cybersecurity knowledge and sales development skills.Opportunity
