Job descriptionDesigning high-impact static, video and UGC creatives to help our customers gain a competitive edge Owning the project management of the entire ad creation process, including creative research, delivery and testing Auditing our customers’ brands and products to understand their industry and define effective communication angles Conducting competitive research to identify the customer environment and draft best practices for given industries and markets Collaborating with teams to develop and execute creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives Seeking new formats, hooks, scripts, and angles to keep content ahead of the curve Participating in tech events and customer trainings to grow skills and represent Welcome Tomorrow 1-3 years of experience in a creative agency or freelance work Ability to communicate, write and design assets in both French and English Mastery of Figma and Photoshop Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles Creative problem solver with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive) Experience designing creatives for ad campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google Ads) Portfolio showcasing design and animation skills Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain customer relationships Curiosity, observational skills, and a sense for advertising Understanding of performance-based marketing strategies Familiarity with new and traditional brand channels and media Experience with Notion (Notion Essentials Certified preferred) Experience in a start-up / dynamic environment Experience with After Effects or Illustrator Experience with Google Web Designer and building dynamic HTML5 creatives An opportunity to work in a fast-growing company Collaborative team focused on advanced growth marketing techniques for emerging markets A stimulating and challenging environment Attractive salary and incentive package Premium healthcare coverage Possibility to work on side projects benefiting Welcome Tomorrow High flexibility in work organization, including remote work Potential travel to meet clients and team members Screening Interview (15 - 30 minutes) Technical Interview (with your hiring manager) Leadership Interview (with our CEO) Entry level Full-time Art / Creative IT Services and IT Consulting

Junior Graphic Designer (French speaking)

- Mobile Growth : acquiring new users and retaining them on mobile apps
- Creative Studio : creating data-driven creatives and adopting a systematic A / B testing approach
- Tracking & Analytics : enabling customers to collect, visualise and activate their 1st party data across multiple platforms
