Responsibilities :
Own & Execute : Take the lead on building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across key platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok for a segment of our client portfolio
Data-Driven Decisions : Conduct daily and weekly performance analysis. You won't just pull reports; you'll be expected to provide insights and recommend data-backed optimizations
Contribute to Strategy : Be an active voice in planning meetings Bring your ideas for audience expansion, ad creative tests, and new bidding strategies to the table
Master the Tools : Level up your skills in Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (think pivot tables, data visualization), and campaign management platforms
Collaborate & Learn : Work hand-in-hand with senior specialists to manage larger, more complex campaigns and learn advanced cross-channel strategies
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable) :
Hands-on management of paid social (Meta, TikTok) and / or PPC (Google Ads) campaigns
Monitoring budgets, pacing, and core KPIs like CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate
Assisting with performance reporting and presenting findings
A solid understanding of the digital marketing funnel
Meta Blueprint or Google Ads Certification
Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager or Looker Studio
